About Songs For Ceilidh

The Band

Created in 2005, Songs For Ceilidh is a Celtic trio that blends upbeat Celtic classics from Ireland, Scotland, and Atlantic Canada with Cape Breton influenced originals.  Their music can be found on Spotify, Pandora, itunes, and CDs. Songs For Ceilidh has performed on large stages and festivals with nationally touring acts such as The Glengarry Bhoys and The Town Pants as well as community shows, bars, house parties, and weddings. On any size stage, Songs For Ceilidh creates an exciting, energy filled atmosphere that keeps feet tapping, hands clapping, and drinks flowing.

The Equipment

Songs For Ceilidh is self-sufficient.  They own and operate all their own instruments, speakers, sound board, monitors, and even lighting.  Anything from a small acoustic event to a large lighted stage is well within their wheelhouse.
